How do I choose the right size?

Each item page has a description which has the exact measurements for the different sizes. The model is wearing a small size. If you receive your item and the size is wrong, we will exchange or give you a refund if requested.

Are clothes made of cotton?

No, we use superior fabric. The fashion industry has been working hard to create newer, better, eco-friendly and sustainable materials. One of these fabrics is called modal, which we use for our products. 

Like cotton, modal is easy to care for. It doesn't wrinkle, and it holds the quality of its surface well. It is also resistant to shrinkage and, for this reason, it is often seen as a much better choice than cotton.

How to care for my item?

Your item will come with care instructions. We recommend washing separately with cold water and pressing with a medium to hot iron.

How long does delivery take?

We typically process and order within one business day. You can expect to receive your order within two business days throughout Australia although this could take longer depending on where you live. International orders can take up to a week for delivery.

How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange your item if the fit is wrong, it's faulty, or you change your mind after receiving it and decide you don't like it. There is a complete list of instructions on our Refund Policy.
